Downloading integrity in a digital age

In early March, news broke of a subpoena sent to the UA to release the names of four students caught illegally downloading music.

The outcry from the campus community was immediate. From Daily Wildcat editorials to letters to the editor to UA student blogs and Facebook updates, students quickly bemoaned the Recording Industry Association of America for unjustly prosecuting college students.

Dorm dwellers push planet

The Eco-Reps, a new club comprised of students living in the residence halls, have organized efforts over the next two days geared toward making their peers more conscious of their energy usage.

Tickets are on sale for “A Memory, a Monologue, a Rant and a Prayer,” a show being put on in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of V-Day, an international campaign to address women's issues.

Volleyball set to get back to winning ways in offseason

Concert to focus on cutting carbon

Smelling something in the Student Union Memorial Center lately? It might be a creation of the Culinary Cats, a new club on campus that celebrates something close to the hearts of college students - food.

Last semester, Thomas Campagna, a business management junior who says his dream is to own and operate his own restaurant, wanted to join a cooking club on campus.
