A vicious cycle of bike-car enmity on Tucson roads

The situation is rampant and irritating. You're driving down the road at what you believe to be the Tucson standard of 40 miles an hour - a turtle's pace compared to other cities - and all of the sudden you notice a bike rider straddling the side of the lane.
