Raspados, Mexican sno-cones, fruit cones - whatever you may call them, this shaved ice and fruit mixture is one way to make the scorching Tucson summers bearable. The name comes from the Spanish verb “raspar,” or to scrape; the shaved or scraped ice that makes up the bulk of this treat is its namesake.
