The 50-year-old Grammy Award winner will be performing new material from his most recent album, Around the Bend, on Aug.

While most bar-goers at the UA may have tried one or more of the Nimbus Brewery's six bottled beers, fewer college students are willing to brave a journey away from their local watering hole and travel to the source of Nimbus's finest ales. Jim Counts, owner and managing partner of the Nimbus Brewing Company, gave the Summer Wildcat a tour of Arizona's most productive brewery and provided a sneak peak of what Nimbus will be offering the college-aged crowd in the near-future.

In the foaming wake of July 4 enthusiasm yet lingering from last month, I am reminded that in our society there has always been a minutely fine line between radical patriotism - or, simply love of one's country - and old-fashioned jingoist chauvinism - in other words an aggressively uncritical, often fanatic devotion to one's country, government, institutions, etc.

If you've been to the UA Bookstore lately, you might have noticed that there is currently some remodeling downstairs.
It is all part of a plan to install some major changes at the bookstore, said Frank Farias, bookstore director.
The bookstore staff wants to know how the store can best be laid out to optimize space and make it convenient for customers.
